Without the proper build, you can easily get wiped out by enemies in an instant. Below, I have outlined a solid build that you can use for both solo and group play.
Keep in mind that this build was created around my play style. I typically like to clear mobs as quick as possible, so below is a build that I devised for end game with inferno in mind!
Acid Cloud (Corpse Bomb) - At level 60, you will have tons of mana, so Corpse bomb looks like a proper spell to go with Acid Cloud because of the devastating AOE damage. With the Witch Doctor's mana of over 1000+ and the high mana regeneration, you will be able to wipe out armies of mobs before you deplete your resource.
Grasp of the Dead (Unbreakable Grasp) - A terrific utility spell to keep the mobs slowed. When slowed, this will allow the mob to become denser, which will enable your Corpse Bomb to hit more targets, killing more enemies at once.
Soul Harvest (Siphon) - An amazing skill to replenish your life in sticky situations. If you do not like the extra health, the rune can be exchanged for Languish.
Mass Confusion (Devolution) - A great and strong crowd control spell that can be used every minute or so. Use Mass Confusion to keep your enemies at bay if you are being overwhelmed by a huge mob. Mass Confusion, Devolution and Grasp of the Dead is your main source of defence in this build.
Wall Of Zombies (Pile On) - This combination is very viable for when you encounter stronger enemies or boss like mobs. Dealing 765% weapon damage in a small area on those strong opponents will work wonders. Keep in mind this spell is a little slow, so try to grasp the boss first before using this spell.
Fetish Army (Legion of Daggers) - The last spell that I chose was Fetish Army paired with Legion of Daggers. This is another spell that I felt was necessary to take on stronger mobs or bosses. By using it in conjunction with Wall of Zombies, you should be able to defeat stronger mobs or bosses with ease.
Below are the passive skills that I chose for the Witch Doctor:
Spiritual Attunement - Nice passive skill to increase your mana to usually over 1000+, which will in turn increase your mana regeneration to 30 per second.
Vision Quest - Another beautiful passive to increase your mana regeneration (usually to over 120 per second) when 4 or more skills are on cool down.
Gruesome Feast - I chose this last passive skill because I was fond of the increase in damage and further mana regeneration whenever you picked up a health globe.

Game 1: Heroes of Might and Magic
The first game we will take a look at is Heroes of Might and Magic. This game has been a great favorite of mine on both the desktop and the laptop. I think most laptops can play all versions of Heroes of Might and Magic without much problems.
The game itself is very addictive and I promise you will be playing "just one more turn" once you get into it. The best thing, of course, are the low system requirements so you don't need a super duper laptop to play it. And did I mention it is very addictive and comes with high replay value?
Game 2: Bard's Tale / Wasteland
The Bard's Tale and Wasteland are two traditional computer role-playing games which are also very suitable for laptops. They have immensely low system requirements, being almost 20 years old. But don't be deceived, these are solid games with solid content. You will be addicted to the storylines and in-depth character development. Before Diablo, there were RPGs such as these which gave me countless hours of fun on the PC.
Game 3: Civilization 3
Another great strategy game, Civilization 3 is the product of the great game maker, Sid Meier. The game is about empire building from the dawn of time until the present day, so you can imagine the multitude of weapons and technologies you are able to research and put into use during the game. Great game with high replay value and absolutely gorgeous graphics and cut-scenes.
Game 4: Lode Runner
A nice traditional arcade favorite, Lode Runner was a huge hit in the 80s. You can play it easily on your laptop and get lost for hours. You control a little man who can "zap" parts of the floor away to save himself from different challenges. The levels are so interesting that you need to try it to understand the level of thought and depth that went into their design.
Game 5: Jagged Alliance 2
The final game in this list is Jagged Alliance 2. This is a great "mercenary gunmen" game, which features a deeply involved tactical combat system. Think of M-16s, AK-47s, grenades and other weapons of destruction which you can buy and assign to your individual mercenaries. You get to deploy them on dangerous tactical squad level missions and I can tell you, this game is addictive in every sense of the word.

My advice is to go for low system requirements so that your laptop can play it even if it is a little slow or beyond the times. A player can move their checkers according to the numbers that they have rolled on the dice. The total number on the dice is the total number of points the player can move. The points may be divided between as many or as few checkers as you want. The checkers are moved from left to right. They are then moved to the opposite side of the board, where they are then moved from right to left and off of the board. A checker can only be moved forward to a vacant point on the board, a point that holds your own checkers, or a point occupied by only one of your opponent's checkers.
Hitting
It is called hitting when you land on your opponent's single checker. This sends his checker onto the bar, where it must remain until your opponent re-enters through your home board.
Bearing off
When you move your checkers off of the board it is called bearing off. Bearing off is only allowed once the players checkers are all on your opponent's home board. The first player to move all of their checkers off of the board wins the game.
